After no one volunteered to be added to the GSL, the Head Chair decided to add the delegate of Nigeria to the General Speakers List, which, well, turned out to be A HUGE MISTAKE. The delegate of Nigeria was cross-talking for the first half of the committee session and thus, didn’t prepare a single thing to talk about in his speech. The encouragement from his fellow delegates and even from the chairs of the committee didn’t seem to help him as he was seen repeating the same phrase over and over again, “I don’t know what to talk about!”. He requested the head chair to be added to the end of the GSL as a last resort, but unfortunately for him, the request was declined. In the end, he somehow built up the confidence to speak but the speech was just a repetition of the points stated before. Will he be able to make an ever-lasting impact on the debate? Stay tuned to find out!

Oh, so the delegate of Nigeria was the highlight? More like the lowlight! Cross-talking for half the session and then repeating "I don't know what to talk about!"—classic. At least he added some comic relief. Better luck next time, champ!
