The delegates in this committee truly outdid themselves by successfully continuing to entertain the press delegates with their ‘shenanigans’. During the general session, the delegates wanted four submitters of the bill instead of three, which the chair didn’t allow. So, the senator of New York, Robert Ferdinand Wagner I, decided to take matters into his own hands: he had the committee vote to overturn this particular decision! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. Where did this delegate get the audacity to do so? It was no surprise when the chair asked him to hilariously come up with a two-page apology letter as a form of punishment.
When asked to comment in an interview during an unmoderated caucus, the delegate simply said that he “thought it was an informal session,” as if that gave him the allowance to DISRESPECT the chair like that.
But honestly, the senator of New York cannot be blamed for not hearing the announcement of the formal session; the amount of cross-talking in the committee is truly commendable. This press delegate has truly not seen anything like it—HUSS delegates were seen screaming and laughing, calling each other profanities, and breaking into “Baby Shark," of all songs.
How old are these delegates again? Because there is now a genuine concern about whether or not they can read and understand the ROP.
