HUSS, why are your senators three years of age and below?

HUSS experienced a freaky-friday moment today, with the casual mention of the Manhattan Project as a response to Pearl Harbour.

Wait, the Manhattan project? What’s that? The rest of the senate scratched their heads as Senator Wagner scrambled to in a bid to conceal the truth…call the feds, HUSS have a time traveller! What other explanation is there for such a nonchalant remark, but that the Senator is from another time? Or perhaps he has a magic looking glass! If so, he could help us ALL out, and find out when the train wreck that is HUSS will finally end.

This wasn’t the only instance of unprofessionalism. Senators were incapable of showing the bare-minimum decency of noting who was speaking, with Senator Wagner shouting “uh, what’s his name, I don’t know his name…I want his NAME!” like a petulant toddler on the verge of a tantrum.

The committee then proceeded to spend nearly 20 minutes choosing a motion amongst the multiple proposed, all of which differed by barely a few words. Most difficult decisions of their lives, clearly. The HUSS delegates also flung around wild statements; while defending increased taxes, Senator Wayland cited statistics which “may or may not be accurate.” How convincing!

If one conclusion came from HUSS’s first committee session, it’s that war taxes should be the least of US citizens’ worries.
