The key stakeholders in WHO are the delegates of India, USA, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and Nigeria. But, why is it that this one delegate chooses not to partake in debate, and prefers hiding in a corner.
Considering Nigeria’s high child mortality rate in the world, with malnutrition and pneumonia being significant contributors (WHO’s first agenda), why is it that the delegate of Nigeria has absolutely nothing to say?
No solutions, no inquiries, no implementations, NOTHING was heard from this delegate. It's almost as if Nigeria wants nothing to do with this committee. It feels like they’re enjoying their country's suffering. Day 1 jitters, or lack of basic knowledge? I doubt the delegate of Nigeria would be able to answer this as well.
On the topic of the lack of preparation, some delegates are tired of having unanswered questions. How is “can I get back to you in note form” a valid answer? How incompetent are these delegates? They can barely provide an answer on the spot! This is quite literally escaping from the question at hand.
Lets hope that these delegates will finally lock in and decide to actually participate in debates rather than shying away.
