In a comedic turn of events, the delegate of Nepal began to role-play as a cowboy, dramatically shouting “Whoa, Whoa, Whoa!” when questioned. Shocking multiple other delegates, he made it seem as though he was held at gunpoint. The chaos ensued after a series of stuttering speeches, leaving the delegate cornered and flustered. Stuttering and crumbling under little signs of pressure gives everyone a fair idea of the delegate's wit and his ability to react to crises. This brilliant display of ineptitude fortifies the United Nations Human Rights Council's (UNHRC) demarcation as a beginner committee. Moreover, despite multiple warnings, the delegates of Nepal and Norway engaged in non-stop cross-talk, prompting the chair to intervene thrice during a single speech. It is evident that the UNHRC are not in able hands to find effective solutions to pressing global issues considering their inability to follow the simplest of orders from their chairs. The session, which started with high hopes of resolving issues, quickly turned into a comedy show, with the delegates squabbling like rival soap opera stars in a dramatic courtroom show. The comedy show that unravelled in front of everyone makes one wonder whether the UNHRC should be called the "Utterly Negligent Human Rights Circus." As the committee sessions continue, the chances of UNHRC succeeding as a committee are increasingly slim.
