The Regional Director for the Americas research shows that a man needs 50L of water per day and they have only 100L in Yemen.
If The Regional Director for the Americas doesn't care about the facts of the human body, which could be researched easily by the way, why is he recognised in the RCA (an assembly where lives are at stake and cluelessness should not be tolerated)?
Furthermore, the Regional Director of the Americas isn't sure where the funds will be coming from: especially when financing a huge project like water recycling plants. Moreover, giving vague replies to POIs reflects his lack of knowledge. How is the Director planning to solve the long time the plants will take to be constructed? Or what short-term solutions should be adopted to sustain until the plants are built? It makes one question the credibility of the Red- Cross Assembly and whether it truly is an advanced committee.
